Corporate participation

The conference is a multi-industry, multi-capitalization event featuring presentations and one-on-one meetings involving executives from Tennessee-based public companies.

Presenting companies -- The CEO and/or CFO take part in 35-minute investment presentations to the investment community, allowing them to reach analysts who follow their company and funds which hold their stock, fund managers reflecting various investment styles, and others interested in the industry  or company.  The presentations are grouped, allowing investors to take part in all presentations provided by companies in a common industry sector. 

Additionally, many presenting company executives participate in separate small group or one-on-one meetings with investors and analysts throughout the day. Those sessions are held in separate meeting areas.

Fast Track companies --  Companies who choose the "Fast Track" are available for prescheduled one-on-one or small group meetings with analysts and fund managers, and are also available during the day for informal ad-hoc meetings as time allows.  

Both Presenting and Fast Track companies make available annual reports and presentation materials to the participating delegates. Some Presenting companies choose to webcast their sessions. 

After the conference, investors are polled to gain feedback on the effectiveness of company presentations or one-on-one meetings, and that information is made available to each company.
